3. Do I have to buy my tickets online?
It is recommended to buy your tickets online if possible. When school is out, we can be busy and there can be a considerable wait time for walk-ins. We do allow walk-ins as well, but we have a strick capacity level that we have to abide by for safety reasons. If we are at capacity the wait time could be long.
We let the parent/legal gaurdian make that decision. Depending on the time of day, there may be more smaller jumpers than older jumpers. You are welcome to come take a look at the whole facility before purchasing any jump times!

6. What is appropriate dress?
We advise you to be comfortable, so whatever you would wear while you exercise. We advise that you do not wear socks on the trampolines as that can hinder your control on the trampolines. You jump barefoot. And yes, we sanitize the trampoline mats and pads each night after we close.
7. Who can fill out the waiver?
If you are over 18 years old, you can fill a waiver out for yourself. If you are under 18, your LEGAL GUARDIAN OR PARENT must fill it out for you. No grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends or someone elses parent can sign on your behalf. No exceptions! We make it easily accessible by providing the e-waiver available on our website.
8. How much does it cost?
Our pricing is available by hovering over the button on the top of the page named "About" and then clicking on pricing.
9. When are you open?
Our hours are posted on the bottom left corner of each page on our website.
10. When is it busiest?
Holidays, Evenings and Saturdays are the busiest. It is recommended to buy your tickets online during those times. The slower times are before 6pm on weekdays.
