Welcome to Launchpad Trampoline Park ("Launchpad," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website at launchpadtrampoline.com or visiting our facilities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or visiting our parks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Waiver Requirement
All participants must sign a liability waiver before taking part in any activity at Launchpad Trampoline Park. For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf. Waivers can be completed digitally in advance at launchpadtrampoline.com/waiver or on-site at check-in.
By signing the waiver, participants and/or their guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with trampoline activities, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and physical injury.
3. Park Rules and Safety
All guests must follow posted park rules and the instructions of Launchpad staff at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility without refund. Key rules include:
- Only one jumper per trampoline at a time unless otherwise directed by staff.
- No flips, tricks, or stunts unless in designated foam pit areas.
- No running on non-trampoline surfaces.
- Grip socks are required and must be worn at all times on the trampoline surfaces. Launchpad grip socks are available for purchase at check-in.
- No outside food or drinks, gum, or glass containers on the trampoline floors.
- Participants must be free from injuries, conditions, or impairments that could be aggravated by physical activity.
- Launchpad reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is visibly impaired, acting disruptively, or posing a safety risk.
4. Age and Height Requirements
Certain attractions and activities have minimum age or height requirements for safety reasons. These are posted at each attraction and enforced by our staff. Children under 7 years of age must be accompanied by a participating adult (socked and waivered) on the trampoline courts.
5. Reservations, Tickets, and Payments
Session tickets and party bookings may be purchased online or at the facility. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All sales are subject to applicable taxes.
- Party reservations require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
- Session tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
- Launchpad is not responsible for unused jump time resulting from late arrival.
6. Refund Policy
Our full refund policy is available at launchpadtrampoline.com/about/refund-policy. Please review it before making a purchase. By purchasing a ticket or booking an event, you agree to the terms of our refund policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Launchpad Trampoline Park, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our facilities or website, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
Participation in trampoline and recreational activities involves inherent risks. Launchpad takes reasonable steps to minimize these risks but cannot eliminate them entirely.
8. Photographs and Media
By entering Launchpad Trampoline Park, guests consent to being photographed or filmed by Launchpad staff or equipment. Launchpad may use such images or footage for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without compensation.
Guests may take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial use. Recording other guests without their consent, or commercial use of footage taken at our facilities, is prohibited without prior written approval from Launchpad.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Launchpad Trampoline Park and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
