Refund, credit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies vary depending on the type of booking and the amount of notice provided.
Please review the applicable policy below before completing your purchase or booking.
If LaunchPad closes for any reason, a manager will notify you before your scheduled start time. If you are ever unsure whether the facility is open, please contact us for confirmation.
Open Jump Tickets
- Non-refundable at time of purchase at LaunchPad Trampoline Park location.
- More than 24 hours notice before jump time – credit to LaunchPad account available for full cost of on-line purchase.
- Less than 24 hours notice before jump time – no credit or refund available for online purchase.
Group Events
- 50% deposit due at time of party booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.
- If you need to cancel your event, the deposit will be forfeited.
Birthday Parties
- 50% deposit due at time of party booking.

Table Rentals
