1When are you open?
We are open Monday–Thursday from 12:00 PM–9:30 PM, Friday–Saturday from 10:00 AM–10:30 PM, and Sunday from 11:30 AM–5:30 PM. Our hours may vary during summer break and other holidays. Please visit our Google page for the most up-to-date hours.
2 How much does it cost to visit LaunchPad?

3Should I purchase tickets in advance?
We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance for evenings, weekends, school breaks, and holidays, as these are typically our busiest times. Walk-in tickets may still be available but are subject to capacity.
4Who can fill out the waiver?
Guests who are 18 years of age or older may complete their own waiver. For guests under 18, the waiver must be completed by their parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be completed online through our website. Please select the correct LaunchPad location, as waivers are location-specific and remain valid for one year from the date they are submitted.
5 What should I wear while jumping?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Guests must jump barefoot or wear approved grip socks, as regular socks are not permitted on the trampolines. Clothing or accessories that cover the face are not permitted unless worn for religious reasons.
6 Can I stay in the facility if I’m not jumping?
Yes. Non-jumping guests may stay in the facility while accompanying a paying participant. We have couches throughout the facility where you can supervise, relax, or get some work done using our free Wi-Fi.
7 Is there an minimum age for participation at LaunchPad?
We let the parent/legal guardian make that decision. Depending on the time of day, there may be more smaller jumpers than older jumpers. You are welcome to come take a look at the whole facility before purchasing any jump times! We offer unlimited jumping for Mini Launchers (jumpers aged 2-5) as well!
8 When did LaunchPad Trampoline Park Open?
Our South Edmonton location opened on November 11, 2013, and our West Edmonton location opened in May 2022.
9 How do I apply for a job at LaunchPad?
